Coastal Pine Straw was founded on the concept that Long Leaf Needle Pine Straw is literally "natures perfect mulch" material.  It alone addresses a broad spectrum of Landscaping concerns.  From it's purposefulness and durability, moisture and soil retention, seasonal aesthetic renewal and beautification.  No other natural renewable material is as applicable to so many commercial and residential landscape concerns throughout the course of all seasons.  Landowner partnership is our #1 goal!  The success of our operation is dependent upon these partnerships.  The need for additional acres is forever revolving as fields undergo inevitable progression.  Harvest can begin as soon as the 7th year of growth in fields maintained from infancy and continue into the late twenties.  Our relationship with the landowner serves a singular purpose.  Maximize the Net Operating income (NOI) for the landowner over the course of the stands income producing  life.  The harvesting and marketing Pine Straw will continue into the unforeseen future addressing landscaping concerns and creating partnerships between Landowners and Harvesters like ours.
